यही सिस्टम नीमच जिले की जनपदों में भी चल रहा है। जिसमें जनपद पंचायत मनासा में इंजीनियर, सरपंच, सचिव व अन्य अधिकारियों की मिली भगत से भ्रष्टाचार ऐसे तरीके से किया जा रहा है जिससे पंचायत व वाणिज्य कर विभाग के राजस्व को बड़ा नुकसान पहुंच रहा है, लेकिन कई बार समाचार प्रकाशित होने व जागरूक लोगों के शिकायत के बावजूद भी इन मामलों में खानापूर्ति कर कोई ठोस करवाई अब तक नहीं की गई है।
फर्जी फर्मों के चल रहे मामले में भोपाल शिकायत के बाद जनपद पंचायत मनासा ने वाणिज्य कर विभाग नीमच को समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित समाचार के आधार पर संज्ञान लेने के लिए पत्र लिखा है।
मध्य प्रदेश राष्ट्रीय रोजगार गारंटी परिषद भोपाल के फर्जी फर्म के मामले पर जिला पंचायत नीमच को मिले पत्र पर जनपद पंचायत मनासा ने लगभग अपनी दो दर्जन पंचायतों के सरपंच, सचिव व रोजगार सहायकों को चार हिस्सों में 15, 16, 17, 18 जून को जवाब देने के लिए तलब किया था।
इन सभी पंचायतों में उपयंत्री मौसम मेरावडीया ही पदस्थ रहे हैं। मामले के तुल पकड़ने के बाद इंजीनियर ने सांठ गांठ से इनमें से कुछ पंचायतों से कार्यभार मुक्त होकर ढाकनी सेक्टर की 6 पंचायतों में 14 जून 2024 को प्रभार के आदेश करवा लिए है।

वाणिज्य कर विभाग से चर्चा करने पर कई और ऐसे खुलासे हुए हैं जिससे साफ होता है, कि फर्में तैयार कर भुगतान फर्जी तरीके से किए जाकर पंचायत व वाणिज्य कर विभाग को चपत लगाई जा रही है।
